Sonia Gandhi has been from time to time receiving inputs about the
functioning of  Andhra Government from Govrenor ESL Narasimhan
She has developed a trust in Governor and his approaches are in tune
with mindset of UPA2. On Jagan Reddy padayatra also she carefully
listened to Governor.

Sonia Gandhi takes views from Veerappa Moily the Observer of AICC
on Andhra matters, but compares notes. There is a strong perception
in the AICC that Veerappa Moily has been taking  strong views on
Jagan Reddy.
